In the BeAnywhere Admin Area any IT Support technician can create email templates that can be used automatically and as many times as needed, ready to be sent to remote support customers. Instead of having to type out the same emails over and over again, or copying and pasting them frequently, whether to send installation links, support links or session reports, it is a good idea to create an email message template that can be sent as many times as necessary, saving a lot of time that can later be used to perform remote support sessions.

This feature allows IT Support technicians to insert pre formatted content into three email signatures available. First, the Install Link email signature is used when sending an installation link to a remote desktop customer. In that case, the Installation Link will automatically be added to the email.

Second, the Support Link email signature is used when sending a Support Link to a remote desktop customer. Just as the first, the Support Link will also be automatically added to the email.

Last but not least, the Session Report email signature is used when sending a link of the Session Report to a remote desktop customer. Again, the link, through which the customer can access the report, will automatically be added to the email.

In addition, BeAnywhere grants IT Support technicians the ability to setup the Report sending as mandatory or optional. If the IT Support technician chooses Optional, it is up to him to decide whether to send, or not, reports after each remote support session. However, if the IT Support technician chooses the Mandatory option, it will enable an automatic sending of the reports, thus losing all control over the sending process.

The desired message is processed very much like any regular e-mail, with title and body text. Before sending the chosen e-mail template to a remote support client, the IT Support technician will always have the possibility to edit and confirm the info. Once the new email template is saved, the IT Support technician can add or change information each and every single time necessary. Additionally, the IT Support technician has the aptitude to incorporate in the email message template a link to a remote support session video recording. This link will have an associated number of maximum views allowed – the IT Support technician has the capacity to decide that limit.
