Having access to meaningful information is key to all supporting teams. Learn how you can set e-mail notifications and be always on top of your game.

1 – In the Administration Area, click Profile > Integration and afterwards in 7. Notifications.


2 – The option “New Session” allows you to be notified by e-mail whenever a new session is established.


3 – Want to be notified whenever a survey is answered? Just enable this option.


4 – You can also be notified when a session is missed and the client has left a message. Therefore you can act and solve the problem.


5 – You can also be notified whenever a request is on hold for too long. You can set the waiting time to a maximum of 30 minutes.
