How to: Creating Support Express Surveys

When managing a Support Department it is extremely important to analyze the client’s satisfaction in relation to the work performed by the technicians in order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the remote support operation.

BeAnywhere Support Express presents the possibility to create Surveys that can be directly sent to the clients, according to a variety of options that adapt to companies of all sizes.

1. Click on “Manage > Surveys”


2. Next on “Create New”


3. Choose your options a-la-carte

Send To:
– Clients (it will be sent to clients)
– Technicians (it will be sent to technicians)

– Optional (the technician decides when to send it)
– Automatic (it will sent after each remote support session)


Don’t forget to choose the “Active” option and click on the save icon to record your changes.


4. Add questions to your Survey
Find out the 4 types of existing questions. When choosing the option “Check before summit”, the client will have to answer the questions before the survey is sent.

Select the “Active” box and click on “Add”.


5. In the session Viewer, choose “Advanced Options” option and clic on “Send Survey”.


6. Choose the survey you wish to send and click on “Ok”.


7. The survey will be received by the customer as a webpage.
